We are in search of a proactive and knowledgeable IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the development, implementation, and operational excellence of our core infrastructure systems. Responsibilities include managing a high-performing team, championing pivotal initiatives, and maintaining secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure across our global operations. - Collaboration Suites: M365 (Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, Office)
- End User Devices: Windows PC, Virtual PC (W365), iPhone, End User Management platforms such as SCCM and InTune.
- Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
- Server Environments: Windows (Active Directory, domain services); familiarity with Unix/Linux a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of IT security principles and compliance standards.
- Ideally 15+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, with at least 6 years in a managerial position.
- Experience working in a large global enterprise a plus
- Deep technical expertise in:
- Shown success in leading cross-site infrastructure projects and distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and lead in a collaborative environment.
- Innovative & adaptable
- Respectful and team oriented
- Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS
Benefits
$105,000.00 - $195,000.00
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
