Tasks

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer located in Clearwater, FL. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs for machining and milling operations while interpreting technical drawings and ensuring adherence to specifications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the production team to ensure efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and refining processes to meet quality and performance standards.

What You Bring

-Effective communication and teamwork skills -Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming for machining operations -Relevant certifications or a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred -Experience with CAD/CAM software and machine setup is a plus -Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is advantageous -Attention to detail and problem-solving skills -Ability to read and interpret Technical Drawings and specifications -Strong understanding of Machining and Milling techniques
