- Participate to the annual budgeting process and provide regular updates on project budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts, presenting findings to Senior Executives with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.

- Support mixed-use & retail properties intensification efforts through financial analysis and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with departments such as Planning, Construction, Leasing, Finance, and Property Management to ensure alignment across all aspects of the development lifecycle.
- Reconcile and review partner financial data, ensuring all project costs are accurately captured and allocated.
- Build and maintain financial models and project plans to assess existing assets, new retail developments, mixed-use redevelopments, and self-storage projects.
