  • Evaluate potential tenants’ financials and creditworthiness to support leasing decisions.

  • Monitor and report on on-going project financial performance and timelines, keeping management informed of risks and variances.
  • Participate to the annual budgeting process and provide regular updates on project budgets, cash flow, and financial forecasts, presenting findings to Senior Executives with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Concevoir et maintenir des modèles financiers pour évaluer les actifs existants, les nouveaux projets commerciaux, les redéveloppements à usage mixte et les projets d’entreposage libre-service.
  • Participer au processus budgétaire annuel et fournir des mises à jour régulières sur les budgets de projet, les flux de trésorerie et les prévisions financières, en présentant les résultats avec assurance, clarté et professionnalisme aux cadres supérieurs.
  • Support mixed-use & retail properties intensification efforts through financial analysis and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with departments such as Planning, Construction, Leasing, Finance, and Property Management to ensure alignment across all aspects of the development lifecycle.
  • Reconcile and review partner financial data, ensuring all project costs are accurately captured and allocated.
  • Build and maintain financial models and project plans to assess existing assets, new retail developments, mixed-use redevelopments, and self-storage projects.

  • Direct experience modeling mixed-use, or retail development projects is a strong asset.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication en français et en anglais, avec la capacité de travailler en collaboration interfonctionnelle.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Real Estate Development.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
