We are looking for a passionate and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in technical hiring across the Security & Systems Integration field. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for UAE and KSA, ensuring compliance with Saudization, visa, and nationality regulations, while attracting world-class talent that strengthens our One Convergint culture.
- High level of organization and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Excellent computer skills required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint and Publisher).
- Required Experience: 5–7 years’ recruitment experience, including at least 3 in Security / Systems Integration.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Solid exposure to UAE & KSA hiring laws, Saudization, and Iqama processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.
- Must have high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and regional job boards.
- Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
