The Senior People & Culture Manager reports directly to the President and is responsible for leading People & Culture across Targray’s worldwide operations. This role partners closely with executives to ensure consistent, compliant, and effective people practices across all regions.
Managing a lean, globally distributed team that includes People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Country HR, the manager plays a hands‑on role in employee relations, compensation, and executive advisory, directly supporting organizational performance and health.
- Advise the President and executive team on HR strategy and matters.
- Provide HR business partnership for all regions outside India.
- Guide leaders on performance management, workforce planning, and sensitive issues.
- Lead employee relations investigations, terminations, and ensure thorough documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Québec employment standards, Canadian law, and international regulations.
- Govern compensation framework: salary reviews, promotions, bonuses, and market alignment advice.
- Oversee global People Operations including payroll, HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors), benefits, and onboarding/offboarding.
- Lead talent acquisition for non‑India regions and monitor early employee experience.
- Manage and develop a lean, globally distributed HR team, setting priorities and performance expectations.

The position calls for a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in executive partnership, complex employee‑relations matters, and global HR operations. Strong leadership, strategic judgment, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, transitional environments are essential.
- Require a bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field; CHRP/CRHA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior responsibilities.
- Demonstrated executive support and handling of complex employee‑relations matters.
- Strong knowledge of Québec employment legislation (ALS, CNESST) and Canadian practices.
- Excellent bilingual proficiency in written and verbal English and French.
- Key competencies: sound judgment, executive presence, employee‑relations expertise, pragmatic decision‑making, leadership, change resilience.
