Tasks

-Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. -Mentor and support commercial staff, fostering a high-performing team culture. -Monitor project costs, forecasts, and financial reporting to support decision-making. -Ensure all commercial activities align with company policies and audit requirements. -Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle. -Lead all commercial aspects of the project, ensuring financial performance and risk mitigation. -Oversee procurement and subcontractor agreements, ensuring clarity and compliance. -Manage head contract obligations, variations, and claims to protect the business.

What You Bring

-Ideally 15 years’ experience -Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. -Strong understanding of contracts, financial controls, and risk management, performance reporting, budget preparation and administration -Degree in a relevant discipline (preferred). -Ability to mentor and develop team members while driving commercial performance.
