The Innovation and Optimization team seeks a Program Manager, Optimization (Wind) with deep renewable‑energy expertise. The role focuses on identifying improvement initiatives, building on the GIS platform, and developing business cases that align with growth strategies. The manager will create detailed roadmaps, lead cross‑functional project teams, and ensure delivery on time and within budget while communicating impacts to senior leadership.
- Possess renewable‑energy industry experience.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, GIS or related field; MBA preferred.
- Have 3+ years of experience with ESRI products or software development best practices.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple $1M+ projects as a program manager.
- Exhibit strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Compensation is transparent, with a base salary range of $80,000 – $140,000 USD, supplemented by performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, and various stipends.
