In this role you will leverage industry and software workflow expertise to partner with customers, ask insightful questions, and translate their challenges into tailored solutions that drive growth. You will engage stakeholders from site operatives to the C‑suite through workshops, pilots, and on‑site visits.

Collaborate with Named Accounts sales, account executives, technical solutions executives, enterprise account sales executives, customer success managers, consultants, and technical account specialists.
Own the technical sales cycle for PLM opportunities, handling discovery, requirement documentation, solution architecture, demonstrations, objection mitigation, and technical closure.
Conduct workshops, scope pilots, and perform on‑site visits with customers ranging from operatives to C‑suite leaders.
Support strategic Autodesk engagements to strengthen and expand customer relationships.
Contribute to a learning‑focused team environment, sharing ideas and a growth mindset to achieve shared success.
Map current and future state workflows, design system architecture, and articulate data, integration, and configuration requirements linked to Autodesk PDM/PLM portfolio.

Possess a PDM/PLM background with experience in manufacturing systems, product development, quality management, or complex enterprise workflows.
Fluent in Business English and able to travel up to 50% within EMEA, with occasional global travel.
Experience positioning PDM/PLM products in enterprise environments and navigating complex software sales cycles.
Proficiency with Fusion Manage, Autodesk Vault, Enterprise Add‑on for Vault, and knowledge of JavaScript.
Additional language skills (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian) as applicable to location.
Knowledge of Inventor, Autodesk Fusion, FlexSim, Tandem, Revit, and emerging technologies such as Large Language Models, MCP, and Agentic AI.
Solution‑focused problem‑solving approach, technical curiosity, and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
