  • Provide timely information on rates, availability, and alternatives to support project execution.

  • Pitch Kolo’s material solutions across major categories, including:
  • Structural materials (cement, steel, masonry)
  • Strong ownership of targets and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one material/product category, with willingness to expand across categories.
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in wholesale or retail of construction/interior materials (cement, steel, tiles, plywood, sanitaryware, paints, etc.).
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Understand project pipelines and proactively identify upcoming material requirements.
  • Repeat orders and strength of relationships across professionals.
  • Ability to thrive in target-based field sales with regular travel across Kerala.
  • Electrical & hardware (wiring, switches, doors, windows, fittings)
  • Interior & designer materials (plywood, laminates, veneers, decorative surfaces, lighting)
