

HDR provides architecture, engineering, environmental, and construction services for infrastructure projects.
HDR is seeking a Value Engineer & Project Risk Management Lead to assist the Value Engineering/Risk Director with strategic vision, tactical planning, hiring, work‑share management, and direct project support. The role will lead VE and cost‑schedule risk workshops, support business development proposals, staff assignments, and sub‑consultant identification, and will be involved in all phases of project development nationwide.
The position is not tied to a specific location, though proximity to a major HDR office is preferred, and it requires an average of 50 % travel with fluctuations between 25 % and 75 % per month.
