Reporting to the Integration Manager, this role will help design and implement end‑to‑end integration solutions on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, focusing on CloudHub, Solace PubSub+, Globalscape EFT, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines. The position works on projects that connect SaaS and on‑premises systems across the enterprise while also handling platform administration for critical integration and file‑transfer services. A strategic thinker is needed to contribute to technical discussions, design scalable solutions, and collaborate with operations teams, ensuring best practices, governance standards, and thorough documentation are upheld. Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Data Engineering is a strong plus and may become part of the role’s future focus.
Key responsibilities include delivering robust, scalable, and secure MuleSoft‑based integrations that meet business requirements and maintain high availability. The role also establishes efficient CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, manages platform health for MuleSoft CloudHub, Solace PubSub+ and Globalscape EFT, and ensures compliance with security policies. Collaboration with stakeholders to produce high‑quality technical documentation and reusable assets is essential, as is enforcing MuleSoft governance standards to achieve audit compliance and improve performance. The candidate will also apply or develop skills in Microsoft Fabric and Data Engineering to support upcoming data integration initiatives.
- Design and deliver scalable MuleSoft integration solutions linking SaaS, on‑premises, and third‑party systems.
- Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to ensure zero deployment failures and faster releases.
- Administer MuleSoft CloudHub, Solace PubSub+ and Globalscape EFT platforms, handling upgrades and security compliance.
- Create high‑quality technical documentation and reusable integration assets to accelerate onboarding.
- Enforce MuleSoft governance standards, achieving full audit compliance and improved performance.
- Upskill and contribute to Microsoft Fabric and Data Engineering initiatives for data integration and analytics.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune integration platforms, performing capacity planning and incident resolution.
- Implement RBAC, manage certificates and licenses to meet enterprise security standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and has at least three years of enterprise integration experience, particularly with MuleSoft development on CloudHub and the Anypoint Platform. Certifications such as MuleSoft Developer or Platform Architect are required, along with knowledge of API‑led connectivity, REST, RAML, DataWeave, and integration patterns. Experience with Solace PubSub+, Azure DevOps, and Globalscape EFT administration, as well as security protocols like OAuth2 and SAML, is valuable. Strong documentation, problem‑solving, communication, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum experience are also essential.
