I’m representing a leading consultancy that’s looking to strengthen their Water/Wastewater Treatment team with a Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer across Austin. This is a senior technical role for someone who can lead major treatment plant programmes, drive client relationships, and guide multi discipline teams across the full project lifecycle.
Supporting business development, client engagement and pursuit strategies
Collaborating with senior technical advisors on process modelling & facility design
Contributing to proposals, presentations and technical interviews
7+ years’ experience in water/wastewater treatment plant design & delivery
Construction documents and construction-phase engineering support
Master’s degree in a related engineering discipline
7+ years’ industry experience
Strong background leading complex programmes and multi-discipline project teams
Ability to support client development, proposal pursuits and interview stages
PE License in Texas
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Bachelor’s in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
