Skills in asset management ISO standards and requirements, technical audits, the assessment of regulatory requirements and impacts on service outputs, service metrics, performance commitments and the associated base and enhancement schemes
Contract’s appraisal (NEC, PPP)
Experience of delivering technical assurance work with the constraints of regulatory submission timescales
Regulatory technical assurance experience linked to the water industry's AMP cycles
Membership of a professional body and/or water regulatory networks
Skills to adapt to changing situations and environments and to respond quickly and proactively to emerging opportunities and risks
