5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, product development, or manufacturing.
Experience developing and executing validation test plans based on product design risk and Failure Mode Analysis.
Proficiency with Quality tools and structured problem-solving methods such as 8D, 5-Why, A3, DMAIC, DFMEA, PFMEA, and Product & Process Mapping.
Familiarity with manufacturing systems, MRP, and inventory management systems desired.
Apply knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes, including finishing, plating, casting, forging, injection molding, and extrusion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Strong knowledge of GD&T and the ability to interpret product designs and prints.
Experience in finishing and plating preferred.
Ability to coach colleagues with less experience.
Strong communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO16949, and ISO17025 standards is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to apply new perspectives to existing solutions.
Ability to represent the organization’s quality function across multiple teams and initiatives.
Ability to work independently and manage complex projects with minimal supervision.
