To support continued growth in the UK and internationally, Cundall is hiring a Bid Executive to lead the UK Submissions team, own the bid process, ensure team continuity and drive work‑winning activities. The position will oversee bid management, produce high‑quality written content, adhere to approved methods, shape the global bid strategy and advise the Bid Manager and senior leadership on improvements.
Candidates should hold a degree or equivalent and have around three years of experience in bid writing, marketing or business development within professional services or consultancy. They must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, strategic and independent working, and proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, Adobe InDesign, Acrobat and Bluebeam. Critical competencies include competent use of InDesign, writing and reporting, collaboration, following procedures, delivering results and upholding Cundall’s principles and values.
