Event Marketer - Part-Time, Fun, and High-Earning Potential

Description

• Listen to their needs and find ways to connect our products to their home
• Generate interest and set appointments for free in-home consultations
• Use friendly icebreakers:
• You'll work alongside a team, feeding off each other's energy, celebrating wins, and staying motivated
• Hand out promotional materials, giveaways, or enter attendees into a raffle to encourage interest
• Booking Appointments
• Once you've engaged a potential customer, you'll guide them to set up a free in-home consultation.

• Represent a trusted brand with over 70 years in business
• Set up the Joyce Factory Direct booth, which might include banners, displays, product samples, and promotional materials. You'll make sure everything looks professional and inviting
• Engage with event attendees and spark conversations about home improvement
• Pack up the booth and make sure all materials are accounted for
• Attracting People to the Booth
• You'll input their information into a tablet or appointment book, ensuring accuracy and a solid lead
• Work flexible, part-time hours, mainly on weekends

Requirements

• Previous experience in events, promotions, or sales is a plus, but not required
• Available to work weekends and some weekdays as needed
• The key is to be engaging and confident—stand up, smile, and make eye contact
• Outgoing and confident individuals who love talking to people
