- Follows security SOPs in handling Lost & Found items.
- Periodic check ins with direct supervisor for updates.
- Inspects the condition of all furniture for tears, rips, and stains and reports damages to the Supervisor.
- Responsible for the safe keeping of all hotel devices assigned.
- Stocks Housekeeping carts with designated supplies and equipment.
- Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Welcomes and acknowledges all guests according to company standards
- Provides general maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
- Provides immediate support to the Room Attendants.
- Transports any food and beverage trays/items in public areas to service areas.
- Cleans and maintains all corridors, elevators landings, and service areas on guest room floors, ensuring the hotel's standards of cleanliness.
- Ensures hotel grooming standards are met.
- Handles all guest requests in a proper & timely manner.
- Maintains storage areas organized & stocked.
- Removes trash from designated areas & places in the appropriate location.

- Physical mobility and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively or as a part of a team.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling, requirements, and use of laundry equipment is preferred.
- Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal. Provide legible communication.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
