Assisting with safety & security measures within the office.
Collaborating with leadership and acting as the point of contact in the manager’s absence.
Performing accurate data entry and maintaining requested daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
Assisting with the completion of assigned projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Following all administrative policies and procedures as outlined, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Maintaining an open, positive relationship with all business partners internally & externally.
Assisting with event planning including scheduling, attending on and offsite meetings with vendors, tracking budgets, and coordinating event details with appropriate departments.
Communicating effectively and timely with leaders, administrative manager & team, providing clear, concise feedback regularly.

1 year of working in an office setting cubicle setting (non-remote).
