The Foreman enforces safety policies, schedules crews, maintains records, communicates with customers, leads and trains team members in pruning techniques, operates equipment safely, conducts visual safety checks, joins storm restoration efforts, adapts to schedule changes, ensures compliance with line‑clearance contracts, and oversees crew performance and PPE inspections.

The role demands rigorous physical labor, work at heights and in confined spaces, long‑distance travel on short notice, and the ability to work outdoors in inclement weather; employees are regularly exposed to noise, fumes, vibration, and extreme site conditions.
