You’ll take charge of receiving, storing, and issuing critical materials, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time. Working closely with procurement, logistics, and construction teams, you’ll make sure the right materials are in the right place—every time. Your focus on accuracy, safety, and compliance will help drive one of Victoria’s most transformative infrastructure projects forward.
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory data using SAP ERP (MM/WM/IM modules).
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse personnel to ensure safe and efficient material handling.
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, staging, and dispatch.
- Promote a strong safety culture through toolbox meetings, pre-starts, and hazard reporting.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely material availability.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all logistics and material movements.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ERP transactions and inventory management.
- Proven experience supervising warehouse or materials operations within construction or large-scale projects.
- Sound understanding of material flow and supply chain principles.
- Construction White Card required.
- 3–5+ years’ experience in warehouse/materials supervision or inventory control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (MM/WM/IM modules) is essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SAP reporting tools.
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or distribution environments preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude.
- Strong analytical and organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
