We’re looking for a detail-driven BIM Technician to bring construction projects to life—turning concepts into precise 3D models and shop drawings that drive fabrication and installation. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Field Teams to ensure designs are accurate, coordinated, and build-ready.
- Resolve design clashes with other trades and keep projects on track through coordination meetings.
- Prepare and update submittals to keep projects moving smoothly.
- Support site work with surveys, field measurements, and accurate as-builts.
- Create and coordinate detailed BIM models (LOD 500) using Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
- Collaborate with teams to meet BIM standards, share lessons learned, and improve processes.
