As a GROW engineer you will specialise in your chosen discipline, applying technical expertise with a human‑centred approach to deliver innovative solutions for UK, Irish and potentially international clients. The role builds core engineering and consulting techniques that can be applied across diverse projects.
You will join a multidisciplinary team serving industrial and semiconductor clients, providing HVAC, mechanical, architectural, process, electrical, commissioning, validation and construction‑management services. Responsibilities include HVAC/Building Services design, energy‑saving reviews, sustainability systems, ventilation, Grade A clean rooms, chilled water, heating, steam, compressed air and CHP.
Eligible candidates hold a BEng or MEng in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and will graduate in 2026 with at least a 2:2. Required qualities include resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, teamwork, excellent communication and the ability to influence stakeholders, as well as a willingness to travel and work away from home when needed.
The Graduate GROW programme is a structured three‑year development pathway that combines training, mentoring and support for professional accreditations, enabling graduates to evolve into experienced engineers. Participants are empowered to shape their careers through a variety of experiences and guidance.
