Tasks

-Assist the PRoject Services and BIM/VDC team in providing support services for various established BIM/VDC tools (models/schedules/estimates/documents); -Assist with quantity take-offs; -Conduct research on innovative products and perform testing; -Implement and administrate common data environment platforms; -Implement, initiate, and monitor BIM/VDC tools on construction sites; -Coordinator models, oversee the coordination process, ensure model capability, model types, and model interoperability; -Optimize monitoring tools for department management; -Distribute tasks, as required, to members and specialists within the Project Services Team; -Teach and audit to ensure compliance with standards and management plans; -Provide training, support and service related to the coordination of data on the collaboration platforms and other tools; -Structure and address project data at tender, operations, and claim phases;

What You Bring

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; -Mastery of the ACC platform is required; -Bilingual - Written and oral fluency, in French and English. -Understanding of construction workflows in the civil field; -Basic modeling software proficiency; -Knowledge of BIM/VDC processes; -Experience in site operations, submissions and project completion; -Programing skills (PowerBI, PowerQuery), considered an asset; -Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent;
