Under general supervision, the Data Specialist gathers and inputs all daily operational data, ensuring that information is accurately entered and ready for review by the Operations Analyst by the end of each workday.
The workday may start between 9:00 am and 12:00 pm Eastern time, depending on the sites supported. This position is remote, with a preference for candidates residing in New England or Upstate New York, and requires a high‑speed home internet connection. Minimal travel to sites within the New England market area may be required. Preferred candidates have at least two years of customer service, administrative support, and data‑entry experience, and may also have background in billing, business analytics, or familiarity with Microsoft Office and tools such as Opus, FastLane, MAS, OCSD, PMT, Kronos, Power BI, Resource Center, and PVA.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma. No additional experience is required, although preferred qualifications are listed above. The role is performed from a home office and applicants must reside and work in the United States.

The base pay range for this remote role is $24–$32 per hour, with the final salary influenced by experience, education, training, certifications, and work location.
