- Travailler pendant les heures normales d’ouverture pour organiser et réaliser les travaux dans les délais prévus. Faire des heures supplémentaires et travailler la fin de semaine, selon les besoins.

- Effectuer l’inspection de l'équipement et des pièces
- Détenir au moins 1 année d'expérience avec l'équipement un atout
- Être capable d’avoir accès à tous les points du chantier de construction ou des installations d'équipements dans un vaste éventail de milieux et de conditions climatiques
- Fournir un travail productif et respecter les délais.
- Planifier, programmer et établir les budgets de l'équipement à long et court terme
- Planifier et traiter la documentation nécessaire aux levages critiques
- Connaissance des programmes de modélisation CAO, un atout
- Effectuer les travaux de façon sécuritaire et efficace. Comprendre et suivre des instructions verbales et écrites, notamment des panneaux d’avertissement, des instructions sur l’utilisation de l’équipement et d’autres politiques
- Être prêt à travailler à la fois dans des bureaux et sur le terrain
- Détenir un diplôme de premier cycle en technologie diesel/automobile, équipement lourd, génie mécanique ou gestion de la construction
- Comprendre et respecter toutes les exigences de l’entreprise et des autorités fédérales et provinciales en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement
- Communiquer et interagir efficacement et avec professionnalisme avec les superviseurs, les employés et toute autre personne, à titre individuel ou au sein d’une équipe.
- Détenir au moins 1 année d'expérience en planification et en d'établissement de budgets en matière d'équipement un atout
- Présence régulière et assidue.
- Soutenir les techniciens d'entretien : commandes de pièces, gestion des stocks, établissement des horaires des équipes, et gestion de la qualité et de la sécurité
- Démontrer d'excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles, en gestion du temps et en communication
- Être prêt à voyager et à déménager au besoin
- Grand souci du détail et capacité à mener plusieurs projets de front tout en priorisant les tâches
