  • Engage with internal and client stakeholders at a working and management level to develop positive relationships and provide relevant, concise information.
  • Use project plans and schedules to define and manage programme level inter-dependencies, constraints and interfaces. Take ownership for the communication and coordination of these items and facilitate a collaborative approach between project teams.
  • Advise on contractual procedures relating to contract schedules (i.e. NEC 3 Accepted Programme) and delays. Prepare and assess extension of time claims.

  • Plan and monitor capacity and resource requirements within schedules and liaise with relevant stakeholders.
  • Management and development of junior planning colleagues.
  • Schedule development, from initial high-level activity networks to structured, detailed and resourced working schedules – covering full project lifecycles. Similarly providing assurance of third-party project schedules to ensure compliance and fitness for purpose.
  • Promote cross-discipline engagement and collaboration to identify and resolve issues and facilitate team success.
