Air Export Agent

• Prepare and verify all documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional customer service and status updates throughout the shipment lifecycle.
• Manage pre-alerts, arrival notices, and delivery orders.
• Coordinate and monitor international air import shipments.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Resolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, or damages.
• Ensure timely customs clearance and delivery to customers.
• Communicate with airlines, overseas agents, and customs brokers.

As an Air / Ocean export Operator, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of air freight import shipments from origin to final delivery. This role requires excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to ensure shipments move efficiently and clients remain satisfied.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customs clearance processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and freight forwarding systems (e.g., CargoWise, Descartes, etc.).
• Previous experience in air import operations within freight forwarding (1-3 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of air freight procedures and international shipping documentation.
