The manager works directly with clients to ensure deliverables align with scope and budget, collaborates with other departments for project compatibility, and hires additional talent as needed. This role partners closely with the Construction Operations Manager to drive successful outcomes.
In addition to overseeing multiple large‑scale projects generating $7–10 million in annual revenue, the manager defines project scope, ensures resource availability, trains field personnel, manages changes to schedule and cost, measures performance, conducts risk management, and maintains comprehensive documentation. The role also develops subcontractor and vendor relationships, delegates tasks based on team strengths, tracks short‑ and long‑term goals, meets budget objectives, and continuously enhances leadership skills through training and collaboration.
- Coordinate internal resources and vendors for flawless execution of multiple large projects
- Manage complex projects with multiple crews, subcontractors, and $7–10M annual revenue
- Define project scope and objectives with stakeholders ensuring feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocate appropriately
- Assess and train field talent and personnel
- Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using verification techniques
- Measure performance with project management tools
- Report progress to the Construction Branch Manager
- Maintain client and stakeholder communication
- Perform risk management to minimize potential issues
- Develop and sustain relationships with subcontractors and vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Conduct client briefings to clarify requirements
- Track project performance against short- and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust constraints as needed
- Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules for clients and staff
- Continuously develop leadership skills and attend relevant training
- Foster collaborative environment for teamwork and problem solving
- Serve as Branch Safety Champion

A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with certifications preferred, and at least seven years of field management experience. Physical demands include regular driving, prolonged standing and climbing, lifting up to 50 lb, and operating power equipment in diverse weather conditions.
