Conduct and supervise construction observation activities to verify progress, quality, and compliance with design plans, specifications, and applicable construction and safety standards.
Provide leadership in construction administration, including shop drawing reviews, field observations, inspection reports, and other support functions for the Engineer of Record.
Direct the preparation and submission of permit applications and submittal packages to local, state, and federal regulatory agencies, and track their progress through approval.
Oversee the development of accurate designs, technical details, specifications, and construction documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, project managers, and business development personnel, to drive project success.
Perform quality reviews of technical documents prepared by team members in alignment with DRMP’s Quality Control standards.
Lead project design efforts and oversee the preparation of technical reports, calculations, and construction documents under the supervision of a Professional Engineer, ensuring compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Lead the development, monitoring, and management of project scopes, schedules, and budgets to meet client expectations and company goals.
Manage coordination and communication with internal teams, clients, subconsultants, permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors, and other key stakeholders throughout all phases of the project.
Interpret and apply relevant codes, regulatory requirements, and client-specific guidelines to ensure design compliance.

Valid driver’s license with approved/acceptable driving history (required).
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is a plus.
Ability to effectively multi-task and work on multiple projects while adhering to project schedules and budgets.
Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Detail oriented, quality conscious, reliable, and self-motivated.
Experience with site civil, land development, infrastructure design, and permitting.
