Overall, the Sales Manager plays a vital role that involves setting and achieving sales targets, maintaining efficient systems and processes, building key relationships, and collaborating effectively with other parts of the organization. This role is instrumental in driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the business.

We are seeking a Sales Manager. This position's prime responsibility is to develop and increase networks through channels such as architects, interior designers, project management consultants, and builders. Further, understand the new projects that exist and run in the targeted locations to grab the market opportunity, increase the base of customers, and thereby maximize the sales.

  • Handle escalated issues from clients, resolving them effectively to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Managers are responsible for meeting their performance targets
  • Review and approve quotes and proposals prepared by team members.
  • Establish and nurture strong professional relationships with Interior Design Architects (IDAs) to facilitate partnerships and sales opportunities.
  • Generate leads from IDAs.
  • Conduct site visits and product demos for clients, showcasing the value of the experience and benefits of offerings.
  • Follow up with potential clients post-demonstration to answer questions and move towards closing the sale.
  • Engage with key industry players and stakeholders to expand the company's network and influence.
  • Implement sales strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions and adjust tactics as necessary.
  • Manage the quoting process, ensuring that all proposals are accurate, competitive, and delivered within agreed timelines.

4. Effective Handover

An effective communicator and having excellent communication skills, in English, Hindi, and Telugu, with a pleasant personality and very good at building a strong and long-lasting relationship with the channels, would be the ideal candidate for this position.

  • Proven sales leadership experience, preferably with companies of high repute
  • Prior experience with premium and luxury home interior products is highly desirable.
  • Superior negotiation skills to close deals successfully.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, product knowledge, and customer preferences.
  • Strong existing relationships with real estate developers, architects, and designers, with a track record of negotiating and closing high-value deals.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Exceptional understanding of the luxury market and customer expectations within the high-end real estate sector.
  • Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Background of consultative selling to luxury buyers is a positive but not a prerequisite.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to maintain and grow a client base.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
