Maintaining a tidy, professional and well-presented office environment, including reception, kitchens and meeting rooms
Providing reception coverage, handling calls and redirecting enquiries to the right teams
Supporting general administration tasks such as invoice coding, stationery and office supply ordering
Coordinating meeting room bookings, catering requests and shared office calendars
Collecting incoming and outgoing mail, scanning and distributing correspondence
Being the first point of contact for a wide variety of visitors and callers, creating a warm and professional welcome
Working closely with the Office Manager and wider admin team to support smooth office operations and assist where needed

Be naturally professional, friendly and calm under pressure
Hold a current Queensland Driver Licence (required for mail collection)
Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of MS Office and Teams.
Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the business
Have proven experience in office administration, reception or a similar support role
