Provide policy and procedure guidance to Hiring Managers and candidates
Liaise with projects in relation to their Saudization requirements, ensuring that all contractual, and national, requirements are met.
Provide regular progress dashboard to senior management on Saudization performance
Responsible for ensuring compliance with the Saudi labor law regulations, Saudization and Aramco-specific requirements.
Conduct regular awareness sessions and updates to stakeholders on Saudization targets and initiatives.
Develop, implement, and monitor Saudization and nationalization strategies to ensure compliance with the government requirements.
Liaise with the clients to ensure compliance with Saudization guidelines.
Maintain up-to-date records and reports on Saudization targets and ratios and provide regular updates to management and regulatory authorities when necessary.
Help on Designing training curriculum in coordination with the relevant authorities (such as universities, specialized colleges and institutes) to ensure compatibility with trends or emerging requirements in the sector.
Manage, monitor and implement strategies to increase the percentage of Saudi nationals within the workforce supporting the organization in maintaining and achieving nationalization targets and alignment with company objectives and contractual hiring agreements with the client
Handling interns onboarding, mentoring and assignment plans between departments ensure they’re getting the best outcome of an OJT.
Support the relevant HR plan and strategy, providing input when appropriate
Support HR function with the Onboarding/Offboarding, performance tracking, and documentation of employee records.
Coordinate training programs and professional development activities for employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals by maintaining and building active relationships with training institutes and providers.
Update multiple Managers and HRBPs on requisitions and candidates regularly
Advise management on policies, practices, and procedures related to Saudization initiatives.
In collaboration with key stakeholders in the business unit, develop & implement a recruitment plan for KSA that addresses the sourcing and recruiting of local talent in KSA.
Support the global talent review process locally.
Support in the submission of Client a detailed Saudization Plan for each Contract.
Developing a training budget for the identified training plans, initiatives, and programs.
Support in the audits of HRSD's to ensure that they fully comply with the Contracts and local labour laws.

Possess a professional demeanour and be business savvy with proven ability to interface with all levels of employees and Executive Management including individuals of different cultures
The ability to work in a team as well as individually with a minimum of supervision
3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Labor Relations or Recruitment is a plus–
Must have experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management.
The ability to organize and prioritize own work and as such have responsibility for discrete work packages ongoing simultaneously
Creative problem solving - able to suggest and develop new methods and ways of working
Strong analytical skills
This position requires some Generalist and specialized knowledge in HR
Be able to successfully maintain significant workload with high accuracy and attention to detail
CIPD or SHRM HR professional certification is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related administrative field.
Understanding of clients’ needs and ability to suggest and apply “fit for purpose” solutions
Sound communication skills – able to communicate ideas and results to various stakeholders both in written reports and in meetings, presentations etc.
