Electrical QA/QC Manager

Description

The QA/QC Manager will oversee the safety and quality of electrical work, ensuring installations meet both customer expectations and industry standards. The role involves coordinating with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors and engineers to integrate construction schedules, conduct inspections, and produce required documentation.

• Participate in design reviews and provide constructability feedback to engineering firms.
• Ensure contractors meet customer and industry installation standards.
• Oversee safe and accurate completion of electrical work.
• Collaborate with superintendents and foremen to plan construction activities.
• Complete all QA documentation and project reports.
• Generate progress and issue‑closure reports.
• Inspect and support equipment testing and final QA inspections.
• Communicate with subcontractors, engineering staff, consultants, and owners to facilitate project tasks.
• Represent Loenbro in project and strategy meetings.
• Address technical questions during project execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of electrical QA experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or foreman/superintendent background.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of low‑voltage/medium‑voltage systems and NFPA 70 codes.
• Experience with data centers, Bluebeam, and Revit (preferred).
