Lead the creation and refinement of BIM templates, content libraries, and QA/QC protocols
Mentor and develop BIM Managers, Modelers, and other VDC team members to strengthen internal expertise
Stay current with industry trends and promote a culture of continuous learning and digital innovation across the VDC department
Ensure consistent model structure, data integrity, and documentation across all projects.
Administer and optimize Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) tools to ensure seamless collaboration between office, field, and prefabrication teams
Support prefabrication and modular construction through model-driven planning and fabrication workflows
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, AI programs, and automation tools to enhance project delivery
Facilitate coordination between electrical systems and other trades using federated models and clash detection
Develop, maintain, and enforce BIM/VDC standards, execution plans, and workflows tailored to electrical construction
Establish best practices for model coordination, issue tracking, and field integration using ACC

Required: You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar leadership or management position
Required: You have expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Autodesk Construction Cloud
Bonus Points: You have a strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and field installation practices
Required: You have at least 5 years of experience in clash detection, clash resolution, and BIM coordination processes
Bonus Points: You’re experienced with Dynamo, scripting, or automation tools
Required: You have at least 5 years of experience with Autodesk Navisworks and other BIM coordination software
Required: You have at least 5 years of experience in MEP construction
You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
You’re a team player who collaborates well with colleagues across departments and project teams
You’re adaptable, proactive, and committed to driving technology forward in the construction process
Bonus Points: You’re familiar with prefabrication workflows and model-based fabrication
You have a strategic mindset and can balance big-picture thinking with technical execution
Required: You have at least 10 years of experience in 3D BIM/VDC modeling using Revit
Bonus Points: You hold active certifications such as CM-BIM, Autodesk Certified Professional, or similar credentials
You demonstrate leadership by guiding others, setting direction, and providing clarity on expectations
You excel at mentoring and developing others while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Bonus Points: You have proven experience developing and implementing BIM standards and training programs
