The role requires independent work and day‑to‑day management of utility operations and maintenance such as diesel generator sets, air compressors, water treatment plants, air‑conditioning and AHU systems. The engineer will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment, manage spare parts inventory, oversee machine installation or relocation, and drive Kaizen improvement activities.
- Independently manage daily utility operations (DG set, air compressor, WTP, AC & AHU).
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Maintain and control spare parts inventory and manage MSL levels.
- Coordinate machine installation, shifting, and Kaizen improvement projects.
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans and documentation.
- Lead and support the maintenance team with strong communication skills.

Candidates must hold an Electrical Engineering degree with 6‑7 years of experience, or an Electrical/Electro‑Mechanical diploma with 9‑10 years of experience. Required skills include hands‑on utility work, proficiency in electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, experience with CNC shearing, bending machines, ovens, cranes, motor‑pump assemblies, and hydraulic fault finding. Knowledge of PLC/VFD programming, preventive maintenance planning, spare parts management, documentation, and strong communication and team‑leadership abilities are also essential.
- Electrical Engineering degree with 6‑7 years experience or Diploma in Electrical/Electro‑Mechanical with 9‑10 years.
- Hands‑on experience with utilities (DG, compressors, AC, AHU, ETP, RO, HT/LT panels).
- Proficient in electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems and CNC shearing/bending machines.
- Knowledge of PLC and VFD programming (advantageous).
- Skilled in spare parts management and utilization.
- Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication.
