The Regional Partner/Learning Manager reports to the Head of Partner Relations, Learning & Strategic Program Delivery and is responsible for the post‑recruitment experience of partners and employees. This role oversees onboarding, performance management, and skill development across all services in the region, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
Collaboration with multiple departments and stakeholders is essential to meet partner/employee needs, drive brand awareness, and enhance the United customer experience. The manager also leads regional initiatives such as partner meetings, recognition programs, and social‑media collaboration with marketing.
- Increase United’s brand awareness within the partner community.
- Execute United Services Group’s vision, mission, values, and strategic plans regionally.
- Empower partners/employees and foster a culture of fairness and respect.
- Enhance customer experience by improving partner/employee retention.
- Lead onboarding of new partners/employees for start‑up locations.
- Manage ongoing performance and skills development based on KPI analytics.
- Develop partner competency in labor, material, and equipment management.
- Create customized action and learning plans using performance data.
- Conduct regional random audits and calibration walks with customers and staff.
- Act as primary support for partner/employee issues and manage escalation processes.
- Trigger Partner Change Over (PCO) in coordination with L&D administration.
- Grow United Campus regionally to generate new partner leads and learning opportunities.
- Facilitate regional partner meetings and stakeholder collaboration.
- Implement recognition and rewards programs for partners/employees.
- Collaborate with marketing to boost regional social‑media presence.
- Support regional recruitment efforts and lead generation with the recruitment team.
- Attend legal discoveries on behalf of United when required.
- Develop and enforce departmental SOPs for consistency and compliance.
- Maintain data integrity for partners within Salesforce and manage asset inventory.
- Utilize United technologies such as Salesforce and Microsoft programs for business operations.
- Perform daily functions aligned with company mission, vision, and values.
- Comply with health and safety legislation and protect employee well‑being.
- Safeguard company assets from damage and misuse.
- Address customer and partner concerns promptly, including after‑hours support.
- Handle high‑stress situations and solve problems as they arise.
- Work flexible rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Apply advanced technology competency and budgeting expertise.

The position requires adherence to health and safety policies, asset protection, and compliance with company guidelines. It also involves regular store visits, frequent travel, and the ability to work flexible, rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment.
Candidates should hold a post‑secondary degree in business administration or a related field, possess at least five years of janitorial industry experience, and be multilingual (English and French required in Quebec East; Spanish preferred in Ontario West).
