Your Role:As the Community Host for their flagship development, you'll be the heartbeat of the community, delivering exceptional customer service, fostering connections, and creating unforgettable experiences. You'll lead community initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure residents feel truly at home.

• Ensure communal areas are pristine, safe, and inviting through regular inspections.
• Welcome residents and visitors with warmth, managing the front desk with professionalism.
• Manage social media accounts, showcasing the best of the community.
• Organize and oversee community events, bringing people together to build connections.
• Collaborate with the team to drive innovation and enhance resident experiences.
• Handle administrative tasks, resident queries, and tenancy documentation.
• Support leasing strategies, ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experienced in front-of-house or customer-facing roles (1-2 years).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills.
• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and social media management.
• Flexible and adaptable, ready to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
