Build long-term capability by developing and delivering Lean training, mentoring Lean champions, tracking CI performance, and ensuring improvements are standardized and sustained
Coach managers and supervisors through gemba walks, Lean leadership behaviors, and root cause problem-solving to build ownership and accountability at all levels
Improve operational flow by identifying and eliminating waste across production, logistics, and support processes, including takt adherence, line balance, layouts, and visual management
Drive continuous improvement through kaizen events, workshops, and cross-functional problem-solving using structured methodologies (e.g., 4S, 8D), without direct authority

A Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field, with 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations within a Lean or high-precision environment
Proficiency with MS Office, ERP/MES systems, and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred), along with a continuous improvement mindset focused on learning, coaching, and sustainability
Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with high credibility on the shop floor and a hands-on, gemba-oriented approach
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing systems and continuous improvement principles, with experience applying them in real-world manufacturing settings
