In this role you will lead property staff, manage performance, conduct training, and ensure financial reporting and budget adherence. You will also champion resident satisfaction, coordinate with maintenance, analyze market trends, handle evictions, and maintain positive owner relationships.
- Lead property staff: interview, onboard, train, approve timesheets, and conduct quarterly reviews and annual assessments.
- Drive team performance, provide feedback, and manage disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.
- Deliver ongoing training on leasing paperwork, workplace safety, and daily operational needs.
- Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team‑building activities.
- Assist in budget preparation and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Complete month‑end and year‑end financial reporting; provide monthly budget variance reports within ±10% per line item.
- Promptly respond to resident complaints, questions, and service requests to promote satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of resident service requests according to company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards for resident service.
- Analyze market and economic trends and partner with marketing to implement leasing strategies that achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
- Manage eviction procedures, including notice requirements, court representation, and proceedings as needed.
- Maintain client/owner relationships by meeting with owners, conducting property tours, providing updates, and responding to requests.
