The Co Ordinator Talent Acquisition manages the preliminary phase of the selection process. This includes talent research through various mediums to find and identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Manage the initial stage of the recruitment process.
- Conduct talent research using multiple channels to identify candidates for open roles.
- Source and screen potential candidates aligned with job requirements.
- Support hiring managers by presenting qualified candidate shortlists.
- Promote WSP’s hybrid work model, ensuring flexibility and collaboration.
- Uphold health, safety, and wellbeing standards through the “Making Health and Safety Personal” initiative.
- Foster an inclusive environment free from bias in hiring, promotion, and performance evaluation.
