- Participate in planning meetings to ensure safety considerations are integrated into all project phases.
- Work collaboratively with GCs to prepare their teams to meet safety expectations through transparent communication and constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with global construction safety requirements, including verifying that GCs adhere to safety policies and maintain comprehensive safety programs.
- Drive continuous improvement of safety standards by researching and implementing industry best practices.
- Influence and coach GC teams to empower them in managing their operations while sharing best practices.
- Conduct site safety walks, lead daily meetings, review and approve Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and ensure compliance with OSHA and other safety standards.
- Promote a growth mindset and encourage continuous learning and innovation in safety solutions.
- Guide GC leadership in safety practices through training sessions and workshops, emphasizing a strong safety culture.
- Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration across all project levels.
- Conduct regular on-site safety observations and document findings in comprehensive reports to enhance safety practices.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Expertise in OSHA 1926, NFPA 70E compliance, and safety management.
- Proficiency in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
- Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field (preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in health and safety management, particularly in construction or project environments.
