Description

The role requires implementing and managing drafting and plan-preparation standards, developing technical drawings and plans, and performing quality checks on complex designs. The incumbent will supervise and train CAD staff, coordinate work activities to keep schedules on track, and maintain the drawing database while adhering to Kimley‑Horn’s practices and standards.

Requirements

Our Tampa, Florida office is seeking a Civil Operator or Designer with more than six years of experience to join the Roadway team. The position offers the opportunity to work on complex infrastructure projects within a collaborative environment.

Applicants must have at least six years of relevant experience, a high school diploma (an associate’s degree is preferred), and advanced proficiency with Bentley products. Strong work ethic, effective communication, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to mentor others are also required.

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience; high school diploma (associate's degree preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Bentley products and ability to set up printing/plotting settings
