The Sr. Financial Program Manager – Commercial Projects will lead commercial finance activities for large‑scale, hyper‑scale projects, acting as the primary business partner from the bidding stage through order‑to‑cash execution. This role provides detailed financial insight, manages risks and opportunities, and ensures projects stay on budget and on schedule.
Key duties include overseeing contract and sales agreement creation, optimizing order and receivable processes, maintaining rigorous reporting, and continuously improving controlling systems while upholding Rolls‑Royce’s Code of Conduct. The manager also prepares regular progress reports, conducts project reviews, and supports annual and monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage end‑to‑end commercial finance for hyper‑scale projects from bidding through order‑to‑cash.
- Partner with global project teams to provide financial insights, risk analysis, and progress reporting.
- Identify, track, and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities, updating risk management plans.
- Optimize orders, receivables, and cost development to ensure budget compliance.
- Contribute to framework contracts and sales agreements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed meeting minutes, project reports, and regular cost reviews.
- Perform monthly and annual financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for projects.
- Develop and improve controlling systems and promote compliance with Rolls‑Royce Code of Conduct.
