Tasks

-Review and verify Colliers transactional information from our Deals to maintain data accuracy. -Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, ensuring accurate documentation of discussed information into our platform. -Collaborate with sales agents, landlords, and others to collect and update relevant data as per established SLAs. -Source and update listing availability information into our database with precision and efficiency. -Proactively research and capture market lease and sales comparables, collaborating with Colliers and external advisors.
