JASARA PMC is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Sustainability Manager to lead sustainability initiatives across projects. In this strategic leadership role, you will develop and implement innovative, measurable sustainability strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will help shape projects to adhere to environmental best practices, contributing to a sustainable future.
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a master’s preferred, and bring at least ten years of sustainability management experience in construction or infrastructure. Strong knowledge of frameworks, certifications, project management, stakeholder engagement, analytical problem‑solving, and communication is required, along with relevant certifications. - Hold a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering or related field; master’s preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ sustainability management experience, preferably in construction or infrastructure sectors.

- Strong background in sustainable practices, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Relevant sustainability or environmental management certifications (highly desirable).
