Collaborate with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, our benefit broker and benefit plan providers to resolve issues, and ensure efficient program administration.
Develop and distribute benefits-related communication materials and conduct new hire orientation.

Review and reconcile invoices from benefit plan providers, including health insurance companies, retirement plan administrators, and other benefit vendors.
Handle team member benefit inquiries and assist with issue resolution.
Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to team members regarding benefit plan options, changes, and eligibility.
Plan and coordinate wellness events, challenges, and activities, such as fitness challenges, health screenings, and wellness fairs.
Ensure that the organization's benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, such as ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other relevant laws.
Oversee and manage aspects of the employee benefits program, including health and dental insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other ancillary benefits.
