  • Lead the management of all permits, approvals, and regulatory requirements, including NEPA commitments.
  • Support public outreach activities related to environmental compliance.
  • Engage with agencies, stakeholders, and community groups to resolve permitting issues.
  • Communicate expectations to contractors and subcontractors, providing training and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., USACE, EPA, NJDEP, NYSDEC).
  • Develop and implement monitoring protocols to ensure project activities meet permit conditions and commitments.
  • Work closely with engineering, construction, environmental, and legal teams to integrate permitting requirements into project delivery.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to agencies and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Act as primary liaison with regulatory agencies and provide technical guidance to project teams and contractors.
  • Identify potential compliance risks early and propose mitigation strategies.
