We are conducting electric meter upgrades in the Red Deer area for Fortis Alberta and are hiring full‑time temporary electric meter installers. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and have a clean criminal and driving history. No experience is required because paid training is provided, and the role is ideal for independent workers who enjoy working outdoors.

Walk up to 5–10 km per day
Achieve 100 % on Readme test
Complete training program and pass written/field tests

Benefits

The position runs until the end of March with a possible extension. Work hours are Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am‑4:30 pm, with the potential to work Saturdays.

Offer paid training at $31.35/hr, up to $250.80 per day
