This is a full-time on-site role for a Resident Engineer located in West New York, NJ. The Resident Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of construction projects. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with project specifications, coordinating with contractors and project teams, monitoring project progress, managing budgets, and resolving any issues that arise during construction. The Resident Engineer will also perform field inspections and prepare detailed reports.

- Experience in construction project management, including scheduling and cost estimation
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, especially in civil, electrical, and mechanical disciplines
- Proficiency in conducting field inspections and preparing detailed reports
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, project teams, and other stakeholders
