Review strategy developed by Business Planning Manager and deliver components of agreed strategy through Business Transformation team. Develop a digital strategy, vision, and roadmap to build engagement and communicate delivery. Head of Business Transformation role to lead business change and transformation initiatives and changes across Connect Plus Services, including those that interface with CP, with the aim of delivering continuous improvement and CPS goals. This role encompasses all change projects and programmes, including digital programmes, l IT systems, infrastructure, and architecture.
Management of multiple stakeholder organisations (parent companies of Joint Venture, client organisation, and suppliers).
Identification, reporting and tracking of functional and business level risks, issues, and dependencies. Escalating to senior leadership levels as required.
Shaping of new large programmes and business case development to ensure support to commence work.
Accountability for IT service provision across the DBFO Co, including IT service desk and IT infrastructure.
Oversight of Business Change governance and progress reporting.
Delivery of Business Change initiatives across Connect Plus Services.
Accountable for a consistent structured methodology for change projects on the M25, reporting progress, developing, and managing a portfolio plan and delivering project outcomes. Ensure that the portfolio of projects progress to plan and any risks and issues that will impact the wider business are escalated to the Business Planning Director and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Manage CPS technology systems to support transformation.
Successfully managing large change programmes through to timely completion and working with Sponsors to ensure delivery of benefits.
Develop and implement business transformation standards, tools and methodologies.
Ownership of key governance forums on progress made, such as the CPS Change Board.
Deliver and enable business change and transformation programmes.
Regular updates on progress made and status reporting to the PMO Director, Senior Leadership Team, and CPS Board.
Oversight of technology project delivery methodology, which is owned by the Digital Delivery Lead.
Leading a team with key skills and capabilities across Business Change, IT, and Digital and managing third parties who provide various IT services. In addition, develop the enterprise / solution architecture capability to provide a clear view of the system landscape and impact of change programmes.
Lead on IT and Digital transformation on the M25 DBFO – developing the digital strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a complex portfolio of digital changes. Running the IT systems and infrastructure that support a workforce of around 800 individuals.
